Ciphers and Sigils First Draft

I am very happy to announce the first draft of Ciphers and Sigils - Awkward Introductions is finished having taken less than three months. A new record for me. I'm very pleased with the results, though, of course the manuscript needs work. I love the two protagonists. Next goal. A beta-reader ready version by the end of the year.

New Project Announced!

A Cozy Fantasy. I've been mulling over the cozy genre after reading a few of them. About two weeks ago a story burst into my head almost fully formed. It was too vivid to ignore. I've been working on it ever since and will be writing chapter 2 today. Stay tuned. I'm hoping to have this one done in six months.

The search for an agent continues. Fifteen down so far. A writer friend of mine referred to the agent pitch process as "collecting rejections and silence."
