Just a quick note on Dr. Zolty's Elixir. Editing continues. Deciding to remove the scenario from the Codex Alchemica Folio II and expand it into a stand-alone adventure has taken more work than anticipated. Beta reading is nearly done and I hope to publish in February. This I believe will be the first Call of Cthulhu to feature Alchemy as a plot motivator. I'll post again when layout begins.

Ciphers and Sigils Beta Reading Complete

All the beta reader comments have been received and used to improve the manuscript. The overall response to the story has been amazing, even while still being critical of problematic areas. I can't say how happy I am with what is a new genre for me. I love these characters and they make me excited about writing in a way I haven't felt in a very long time. Today is synopses and query letter day. I've already started whittling down the fantasy agents to a short list. I'm optimistic this time won't just be an exercise in "collecting rejections and silence."

Novel Update

Cipher and Sigils Book I - Awkward Introductions will be ready for beta readers in the next two weeks. I'm really enjoying the two protagonists and hope everyone else will as much as I do.
